TIPS Personnel has been successfully supporting over 300 companies in the Edmonton and Calgary area for over twenty years. Throughout our time in Alberta, we have adapted, and continuously evolved to meet the demand of our clients.

We understand that finding the right “fit” can be time consuming, costly, and sometimes mentally exhausting. Leave the hard work to us. TIPS Personnel is eager to allow you the opportunity to “assess before you invest”. After four hundred hours of evaluating a potential candidate, you are given the option to hire on that individual at no additional cost or fee. For day to day orders, we offer our clients two hours to assess a candidates performance. If you are unsatisfied, we ask you contact us and we will send a replacement to finish up the day at no additional cost. And honestly, that’s just the tip!

General Labour Recruitment

TIPS Personnel has over twenty years experience in supplying capable crew members for general labour positions ranging from full time to temporary projects. Our application process includes a thorough interview and screening process to understand the individuals capabilities and interests. From there, our recruitment team will cross match with available positions at a variety of our companies to find the best possible match for both you (our client), and newly accepted crew member. After their first shift, we contact each client for feedback and also follow up with the new crew member to better assess the placement. Whether this is just a day fill in, or a long term position, we want to ensure both the client and crew member are satisfied prior to continuing the placement!

 

Skilled Labour Recruitment

TIPS Personnel understands the value of having a certified, educated, skilled labourer on your job site, and we want you to feel comfortable that the proper intake process has taken place prior to sending a crew member to your company. TIPS Personnel goes through a vigorous application process for skilled labour positions, and takes copies of the valid tickets the crew member presents, deeming them capable for the vacant position. They are also advised to keep their tickets on hand throughout the duration of their shift. After their first shift, we contact each client for feedback and also follow up with the new crew member to better assess the placement. Whether this is just a day fill in, or a long term position, we want to ensure both the client and crew member are satisfied prior to continuing the placement!
